Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Adapto platform and services. By accessing or using Adapto, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Adapto. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet these requirements. Use of Adapto by individuals under 18 is not permitted.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Adapto cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Adapto only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use Adapto to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems, to transmit malicious code, or to engage in any activity that could harm Adapto or other users.
API Keys and Credentials
You retain ownership of any API keys or credentials you provide to Adapto. You grant Adapto a limited right to use those credentials solely to provide the services you have configured. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any credentials stored in Adapto on behalf of your organization.
Service Availability
Adapto aims to provide a reliable, highly available service but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Adapto will not be liable for downtime beyond the commitments stated in your plan's SLA, if applicable.
Intellectual Property
Adapto and its underlying technology, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Adapto and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data, API configurations, and tool definitions you create through the service. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights from Adapto to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adapto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adapto in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Adapto after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
